High Expectations

This is not so much a blog, but is a testimonial received from one of our customers that we’d like to share with you..hopefully you can see our team goes above and beyond.

Hi, On April 1, 2015 I hired The Maids to clean my apartment as it needed a good Spring Cleaning.  I was a little taken aback at first regarding the price but after talking with Mariana regarding the services I decided to have it done.

I am someone that sets high expectations and given what I was paying for a two hour job I was a little skeptical, but from the moment I opened my door when I got home my skepticism turned to elation.  First, I live on the second floor and didn’t ask them to clean the stairs (which were very dirty from the Winter) but they did and I was so excited to see the rest of the house.

Upon entering it was abundantly clear that a team of experts had done a superb job in cleaning my apartment.  I was so blown away by all they did, including cleaning my microwave and toaster oven, plus the canisters on my kitchen counter.  I didn’t expect, but was pleasantly surprised to see how clean my cabinets and walls were in the kitchen.  Each room I entered left a smile on my face.

I have two cats so there is plenty of pet hair everywhere and they basically cleaned all the hair, even on the window blinds.  At one point I looked at my cats and said, this place is to clean, you guys need to go.  Since that’s not going to happen it’s nice to know there are people that can come in and clean so effective and efficiently.
