The Opportunity
We are looking for a General Manager to take the company to the next level. You are ready to run a business and thrive on the opportunity to operate independently. Note: The business works with both English/Spanish speaking groups; you must be bilingual.
The company requires a high level of efficiency, we are looking for someone technologically capable of understanding systems, processes key metrics and understands the importance of measuring, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and quality controls while handling the responsibilities of managing a workforce and the sales process.
The successful candidate is a metrics driven, sales oriented professional. Sales must be in your DNA; we are looking for someone who is passionate and excited to get up and get to work, to hear the phone ring and hustle so they don’t miss a potential sale. Someone who’s hungry and likes to count every success by handling every customer sale and willing to give the extra mile every day. You must be able to present confidently and professionally when face to face with customers or potential customers.
